A Letter From Your Soul

To My Yearning Heart:

What is it that you fear? Do not overlook the fact that the wisdom bestowed upon you to obtain your heart’s truest desires shall always reign truth within the Universe. Can you not see the soul when you look into your lover’s eyes? That’s right. I am speaking about your own reflection. Look at yourself in the mirror. Behold the beauty that you are. You and your lover are one. Your lover may be your mother, your child, your friend, your soul mate. Your lover is the air you breathe, the shadow that follows you, the earth you rest your weary feet upon, the sun whose light embraces your own. When you seek to understand your lover’s grievances against you, do not overshadow their fears with your presumptions. If you cannot grant another peace, how is it dear heart that you can create a space for your own? The universe will present each one of us with a gift; the responsibility to love for the greater good of the person we meet on our path. With that responsibility comes power, and with that power comes choice. If you walk in the light you will head closer to me; your soul. Each time you falter, you will enter into the darkness, but I will still be there waiting for you. You will not know it though. You will yearn for me. The sanctity of your agreement with me will incite your search to find the light, to find me. To find me, we will start at the beginning again. We will start at love. I will ask you to cherish me. I will ask you to sacrifice. I will ask you to redeem yourself of your holiest virtues. I will ask you to stare into your lover’s eyes and to let go of what you presume to know about love. I will ask you to let go of yourself.

I will walk with you hand and hand as we begin again. We will learn together that opportunity arises as true sacrifice yields humility and grace. Heart- you are not individual. I will help you to go beyond your understanding, past the self-grandeur, past the ego, and into the heart of another, into the soul of another, into the soul of yourself.

Why you ask? Why not.

You will encounter a selfless bliss embraced by the totality of two that are joined as one. Your mind will become incoherent of any untruth that your ego sets before you. Your aspirations of aligning with the Divine will be much easier once I am with you. The need to interfere or control love will no longer have power over you. You and I will become lovers. Isn’t that what you have always wanted?

My dear Heart. I wait for you in the unknowing. I wait for you in the uncertainty. I am at peace waiting. I know one thing. You are not at peace waiting until you join me.

Much Love,

Your Soul.

Healing Beyond Boundaries: With Messages from the Spirit World

In this experiential workshop, come and explore the possibilities that might just lead you to your authentic self. Spiritual, emotional, physical patterning and trauma, lead many of us to question our purpose and perceived realities in everyday living. This constant questioning may also lead to soul loss. Most of the time we can only see things from a place of fear and uncertainty , not how they actually are, or how they might be if we hold them in a space of sacredness. Retrieving soul pieces takes great patience, courage and a certain amount of acceptance. It also takes great honesty to stare into the mirror and come to the realization of the difference between who you think you are and who you really are.

The first thing you will learn is that you are not alone. Everyone participates at various levels. Through connecting with the spirit world. group process work, and various healing tools we’ll start a journey together and see what unfolds. Since this is an experiential workshop, be open to healing things happening!

The workshop will be 3 hours long. 1/2 hour will be used for group Chi-gong healing exercises and another 1/2 hour for a break to eat lunch or interact and share. This is about you and your time. Bring whatever you need to make yourself comfortable. Water, snacks or lunch to eat on the break etc…

THIS WORKSHOP HAS A SUGGESTED DONATION OF $20 TO BENEFIT THE SPACE THAT IS OFFERED TO US BY THE NEW DAWN FOUNDATION. PLEASE BRING EXACT FEE. CHECKS MAY BE MADE PAYABLE TO THE NEW DAWN FOUNDATION.

Facilitators: Laura Aversano and Anton Baraschi

Medical Intuition

All Illnesses have a frequency and vibration to them. Similarly,
thoughts, emotions, events etc. also reflect a vibration. The energy field of every living thing contains cellular memory embedded in the core of its very existence. This cellular memory holds those patterns in place until a shift occurs, whether conscious or not. Everything we experience has a ripple effect as we are all interconnected. In this class we will learn about our own ailments through palpation on an energetic level, and work on tracking their origins, their projections, and their present state of manifestation. By doing so, the shifts will become more conscious then unconscious, and we can learn to be more in control of how to maintain balance when we are struggling physically. Some audience members will be given mini “readings” as we learn how to be more present with the energies within and around us.

The Year of Transformation; 2016

“Throwing off layer after layer of human consciousness, dissipating the mist or glamour thrown around your mind by the intellect, subduing, controlling, spiritualizing and thus clarifying the intellect itself, until now you are beginning to awaken and to see, through the ever thinning remaining layers, occasional glimpses of Me, the one Great Reality, within all things.”  The Impersonal Life

2016; a year of sacred power and transformation, a time in the universe where the current reality we experience will raise its vibration to heights unimaginable. The alchemical process has begun as our beings were molded over the last few years in order for us to align to the new spiritual and physical hierarchies that are availing themselves to us. But many of us cannot see the path ahead. Much of our present experience is focused on fear, desperation and the abandonment of self. Fear and desperation indeed have their place in human emotion and development. If respected and held in their appropriate relationships to unconditional love and surrender, then we have risen above a level of ego and attained the first level of acceptance of the new paradigm which we are all embracing. We can enter into this new relationship with the universe and the Divine easily, or we can struggle with great effort and fight against a Will that we all have never really truly known, a Will much greater than we could have ever imagined or embraced. A Will that will grant mercy, miracles, hope and faith in a way in which human beings have never experienced. We have to see through different eyes, touch with a different heart, know with a different mind, and listen with different ears.

In my prayers, the spirit world is shifting as much as the earth and its peoples. The alchemical transformation is occurring in both worlds. A fire is being ignited to both teach us and test us. I can share with ease that 2016 will bring with it many changes. Fear will set in. Our spiritual paths will disguise themselves and ask more from each one of us; to be open to letting go of our attachments in ways we are not ready for. Psychologically, emotionally and physically we will not be ready for this transformation, but spiritually we are. Our bodies, minds and hearts will go through a healing process which will be accelerated more than any time in human history, and the after-effects will take some linear time to ground and work themselves out. In this transformation we will feel powerless. My prayers show me otherwise. They show me just how much sacred power in connecting with the Divine, in connecting with God, that we will partake in. Partake because this will be a collective journey. Know that from this moment forward, everything you do will be even more relevant to your loved one, your neighbor, the stranger who walks past you, the tree planted a mile down the road, the endangered lion on another continent, the rosebush growing in another country, and so on. Your thoughts and emotions will echo in the hearts of strangers who won’t recognize you by appearance or name, only by vibration. Psychologically integration of lost soul parts will happen as we unify feminine and masculine energies. The self as we know it will die. We don’t have a choice. How we define humanity and its peoples will shift not out of fear, but out of a need to identify with that fire within yearning for love and acceptance, yearning to be a greater part of an expanded whole. Communities will rise in support of the new paradigm. The dissolution of the old self or ego will allow us to be open to new ways of thinking, being and co-creating. The fire will burn brightly, as we come together in co-creation to heal ourselves, the earth and unite in this sacred power.

Many think we have no choice. Many will fight against the chaos. I ask you to look at this fire and see it for the alchemical transformation that is truly is in all its purity. It is only chaos if you see it as such. If you are being asked to let go of something in your human experience that is no longer serving you, do not fear and struggle against the shift. Ride the wave. Let your being experience every thought and emotion that is inherent in surrendering and suffer less. Let go and let God. The power lies within you. You are not as powerless as you think you are. And with the onset of 2016, your souls will indeed be more powerful than you know.

Some Thoughts for the New Year Ahead

There is a sacred place where the stillness of God meets with your souls’ truest desires. It is in this space we cultivate faith; and the graces of our own heart guide our way along this journey. It is a place of co-creation, where we are embraced by the light within and seek to find the beauty to our darkness. There is humanity within this balance, and a compassion beyond all understanding.

Life can be difficult. We come into this world with spiritual, emotional, and physical struggles. Yet we are given the opportunity and tools to strengthen ourselves through patience, forgiveness and trust. Life then becomes a living work of love in progress. It becomes a chance for us to look beyond the veil and realistically face our fears with the truth of who we really are. That truth is not always how we see ourselves, but more so how God sees us. We are constantly evolving. Our thoughts, emotions, even our physiology changes with every breath we take. This gives us the chance to see ourselves renewed in each and every moment. This allows us to heal the past, embrace our pain, and respect the darkness so that we may learn from it and let it go.
Thus, possibility is created. And borne from this possibility is love; the love we are meant to experience.
Acceptance, responsibility, honor; these are truths I adhere to in my own journey and how I begin my work with others. We may not get all of the answers, and eventually, we won’t need them. There will be a time on this journey when we will be at peace.
My mission is to inspire you; to help you define in greater detail your joys and challenges. I will guide you towards finding balance between your perceived truth and the greater awareness that surrounds your sacred purpose for being here. We will work to heal old wounds, create possibility, transform beliefs and limitations, and increase your faith. We will look at your life’s expression in its entirety; what stirs within your heart and mind, the ways in which you relate to yourself and the world, and your ancestral lineage which plays an integral role in how your envision your living experience. This is how I have chosen to live my life. And this is how I hope to assist you.

A Little Note…

From the Perspective of Someone who communicates with the Spirit World.

In my work over the past 20 years, I have seen more things than most of you could imagine. I will share what I have not seen. Angels do not consider color, religion, sexual orientation, etc when helping a soul who is struggling. We don’t evolve further onto our path because we follow what we perceive are man made rules to suit our passions and ego. We follow spiritual laws which most of us have no clue about. Angels look at how we have helped one another, how we have forgiven, how we have loved, what we have done to cherish humanity. They forgive us for being blind sighted in many respects. Angels are not politicians. They are healers. Most of us who felt the bombings in Paris before they actually happened were praying for those whose lives which were lost, both the victims and the perpetrators. All were lost to darkness, even the ones who inflicted harm.

I have been seeing so much bullying about the terrorists. Let me be clear that I am deeply saddened and angered at the events in Paris. I am also angered at the events that occur everyday in our world due to hatred and misunderstanding. I would rather use my energy and intentions to spread forgiveness and understanding to all peoples of the world. Without it, our thoughts are as powerful as those who have weapons in their hands aimed at harming others. We think that we are not capable of harming others with our minds. Think again.

Thursday night before the bombing I was out to dinner with friends. Two of them could see the myriad of spirits around me and the holy person standing behind me with her head veiled in a downwards position and praying. My friends also have vision into the spirit world. The female spirit behind me was praying for those souls who were going to perish, as many times their spirits are taken up before an actual physical death occurs. Interesting, I heard the prayers but no talk on blame, retaliation, etc…only healing. Imagine if we could follow in the steps of those in heaven who profess that kind of love?

The Power of Plant Spirit Healing (Reprinted from New Visions Magazine)

“Crazy Horse dreamed and went into the world where there is nothing but the spirits of all things. That is the real world beyond this one and everything we see here is something like a shadow from that world.” —Black ElkIndigenous plant shamans were well aware of the power they worked with each time they used a plant for medicinal purposes. Their medicine was different, as were their intentions and purposes for healing. We are in a time where the world is changing and we are reaching new evolutionary levels in body, mind, thought and emotion. We must learn to respect the truth that there’s an inner knowing within each one of us that applies to every aspect of our existence – a way for us to pay closer attention to the signals we get when we are in need of healing ourselves.

With every aspect of creation, both personally and collectively, there is a vibration. Whether that vibration is thought, emotion, energy, or essence, it will always carry a polarity of light and darkness to it. From the heavens to the Earth, from the spirit to the soul, from the mind to the heart, we will continually need to learn to balance those polarities as we live each moment. Learning to let the grace of Spirit enter us so that we come to a peaceful stillness within will benefit us whether we use allopathic, natural or complimentary means to heal ourselves.

When we are working with plant spirit healing, we are utilizing the greatest potential of the plant – its spirit – to come into a resonance with the polarity we are hoping to balance. Each plant has a spirit and a soul, as we do, and each plant is connected to a higher power as we are. Indigenous plant shamans would call upon the spirit of each plant to initiate the healing, with respect for and honor to the higher energies that belong to every created living organism. Every time we invoke prayer, we invite in a higher vibration or energy which increases the healing potential of the properties of the plant we are using and brings us into a closer resonance with its healing potential.

A plant mirrors a human being in every aspect of self, spirit and soul. Each plant spirit’s vibration will filter through the physical plant itself and emanate outwards. This vibration carries different frequencies of light which correspond with the physical, emotional and spiritual properties of all sentient and nonsentient beings within its reach. The plant and its spirit can work at various levels to heal a person. One frequency will resonate with the physical body, another with the emotional body, another with the spiritual body, and so on. The ‘bodies’ are all interconnected and one cannot be affected without affecting the other, as one cannot be healed without healing the other. The degree to which this healing unfolds varies with the individual and their higher purpose. The effects subtly influence the energetic structures in the new relationship we are seeking to create with ourselves.

As we become aware of the potential of the plant to heal in this way, we also become aware of our own potential to heal ourselves. We can then begin our work with the plant and its spirit in a different way. Our bodies will naturally become accustomed to utilizing the energy of the plant so that we will need to cultivate less of the physical plant itself to create medicinal remedies. Our bodies will also need less of the physical plant to fulfill its healing purpose. We will create a relationship with the plant which serves a homeopathic purpose for the healing of all things. In turn, this relationship will help conserve the earth’s valuable resources.

Plants are graciously patient. As you create a healing relationship with a plant and its spirit, you will be guided as to the source of your imbalance. The healing remedy of one plant may not necessarily work in the same way for one person as it does for another. That’s because each of our healing journeys are different, and each of our relationships with the plant kingdom are different.

Take a closer look at how you feel the next time you’re surrounded by the stillness of nature. Spend more time in nature and you will notice that not only do you feel more peaceful, but you are guided by the inner physician within all of us. Then, the next time you might not be feeling well, set your intention for healing yourself and see what kinds of plants and flowers attract your attention and how they makes you feel when you are around them. Then read up on these plants to what kind of healing properties they possess and whether they are suited to your condition.

The most important thing to remember is that we are all part of a co creation. When we humbly ask a plant and its spirit for healing, we surrender ourselves to the possibility that there is a force in the universe which is greater than we understand. It’s this force which brings the life and spirit to the plant and it’s this force which will bring you the healing that you need.

Preface for Spiritwalker, The Beginning

Many believe there is a world happening around us that we simply cannot see. It can feel like your existence is such a minute detail in the greater cosmos, interconnected to every living thing in creation. Parallel realities? Astral travel?
The astral plane in ancient traditions was an intermediate world between Heaven and Earth. It was comprised of various dimensions, spirits, and the like. In religious traditions, these dimensions were called by different names, depending on the state of the soul. In Christianity, Paul’s Second Epistle to the Corinthians mentions astral travel or an alternate reality. “I know a man in Christ who fourteen years ago was caught up to the third heaven – whether in the body or out of the body I do not know. God knows.” Most people have the ability to leave their bodies and travel the astral plane without even knowing. However, there is a group of individuals who do this consciously.
Cultures referred to them as Spiritwalkers, beings who can transcend time and space and interact with the spirit world and unconscious states of humanity. They have influence through privilege in the world of spirits as well as in this world. Spiritwalkers are said to be intermediaries or “empaths” for the seen and unseen. They can enter into alternate realities to gather information and healing medicine to impart upon the wounded soul or living creature. They work in many alternate realities at once to effect change. It can be challenging to distinguish a dream or a vision from another existence as the Spiritwalker embodies that other existence in totality through empathic means. Physical manifestations, emotional consequences, spiritual knowledge, they all become an integral aspect of the Spiritwalker’s life at any given moment in time.
That moment in time may be lifetimes. The Spiritwalker might be eating breakfast at the same moment she is acting as a psychopomp and crossing a spirit who just appeared in front of her over to another world. Also in that moment, she may be having a vision of what will happen in her life the next day, a week from now, or years to come. She is exhausted yet euphoric at the intense energetic matrix she is a part of. Deciding which moment, or lifetime, to focus on, and what is needed to work through them all needs to be initiated while she is sitting at the table with her breakfast getting cold.
She might be acting as a telepath, communicating for someone who is laying unconscious, maybe even dying, and passing along those messages to their loved ones. At the same time, she is helping this soul begin the transition, acting as a medium to the other spirits in the room that are waiting for this to happen. She watches her own body as it begins to manifest symptoms of the dying person. While this is unfolding, sweat pours down her face as she gets glimpses of her own dying process in her past that has similar threads to the person she is helping. As she assists, by the kindness of the spirit world, the trauma her own body has suffered is being released.
She is present in every moment of every reality that she can possibly be, held up by some force or energy that is unexplainable at best. She comes across beings and elementals of all kingdoms. Speaking to spirits becomes a vast paradigm. Once she connects to one spirit, if granted those privileges, she has access to communicating with those spirits of every living thing, from humans to animals to the natural world. She is propelled into a world of good and evil and learns to distinguish by necessity the difference between human will and divine. A boundary system is learned that most people cannot comprehend or relate to as learning to live separately from others becomes key to her survival many times. As she assists in the healing of others and nature, similar threads will continue to pass through her. There is no time continuum when living the life of a Spiritwalker. The past, the present, and the future is an open door, continuously occurring until there is a shift.
Repetition in the spirit world and in the life of a Spiritwalker is normal. A vision, a message, or experience might need to happen many times, until the lesson is learned. Also, there might be myriad perspectives within that lesson. Prophets in various traditions will be seen telling the same story over and over. They have their reasons.
Since so much happens for the Spiritwalker in each moment, she must learn to detach. The reactions and responses to things that would incite an ordinary person would not affect her in the same way. It cannot, or she would lose ground. The beginning is the end and the end is the beginning. With that, I invite to you become a part of a Spiritwalker’s journey.

FEAR
It is nearly past sunset as Mariella sits in the silence of her living room. Her body trembles with fear, her mind races with escalating thoughts of impending doom, her hands clenching the elegant wooden Buddha statue given to her so long ago. Visions pass through her eyes of a parallel reality. She observes her shallow breaths as she cowers toward the golden-hued carpet, her hands in a prayerful state as she drops the Buddha statue and begins to pray.
“Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.” She repeats this phrase until it echoes throughout the room. That cold, still feeling that both entrances and encumbers Mariella when the spirits take over her world is unrelenting.
Those who have crossed from this world into the next, whether they belong to the human, animal, or plant kingdom, whether they are fairies, divas, angels, demons, those who have died recently, or those who have died long ago, they all clamor for her attention. They have since she was a child—a gift and a curse passed down through her family.
Not only do they vie to speak to her and through her, they long to be near her to communicate and help those who are still living. They come to protect her tenfold, and many times they come to do her harm. Many spirits who live in the light take joy in Mariella’s presence and because of that many who live in the darkness try to prevent her from doing the work she was born to do.
As she sits on the floor still enveloped in the Hail Mary, she is reminded of her gifts and burden. Her body writhes with pain as she focuses not only in this world but also in the other and asks for a vision to clarify what is befalling her.
The chill in the air becomes stifling, the lights flicker, and Mariella’s vision blurs as she waits for an apparition or a voice. She hears the empty footsteps in the air around her, the stalking energy becomes apparent, and the death-like breath from the spirit world begins to break through the ethers.
Just a few minutes feels like hours.
Unbeknownst to her, she begins to tremble more. She grasps her ears as the screeches from the outer worlds enter her world, screeches unheard by most humans. They writhe enough to frighten even the most ignorant of souls, and the gentlest of animals. Her diaphragm tightens as she gasps for air. She loses control of her thoughts, the terror taking hold as she realizes she is about to be attacked by a demon.
She has encountered thousands of them throughout her lifetime. In varying forms and intensities, they come when Mariella assumes she is always protected. Some are so strong their powers reach far into this world, once causing a traumatic car accident that almost took her life some years ago, and many times wreaking havoc in her relationships. They had caused mysterious illnesses that doctors could never find the origins of, and in some cases, the cures. The screeches grow louder as these voices begin to swirl through her mind.
She recalls the lineage of psychic powers that has passed from great-grandmother down. She pictures their instructions on protection when a demon of this nature draws near. She wants to know why she is being attacked but asking the demon will only strengthen it. Instead she waits, letting the attack work through her. The visions come and go as she monitors her breath and works effortlessly to breathe a little more deeply.
The demon doesn’t have a name. Its scathing darkness is germinating into a form large enough to hinder her from seeing the very room she is stuck in. The veil between the worlds is so transparent that her living room no longer looks the same. It appears ice cold, and Mariella’s extremities mirror that coldness down to her bones. At this point the demon is so close Mariella loses sight of which world she is in. Is she still protected?
The demon enters her mind. She shudders, trying to understand why he is there because any move she makes or precalculates is already known by her enemy.
She recognizes him, the same one she had fought a thousand times over. She is surprised that those who protect her have allowed him to threaten her again.
What is the reason? Has Mariella broken any of the spiritual cardinal rules? Did she cross any boundaries in the spirit world she wasn’t supposed to? She doesn’t care about the answer. She just wants the tormenting to stop.
The demon meanders through her mind’s eye, the stench of his invisible form permeating Mariella’s home. The rage of this demon is unstoppable. She continues praying, all the while hearing the voices cursing her. She knows she is getting stronger.
This demon’s fury is incomparable to anything she can recall. His previous forms in this lifetime and in others were not as vile. His insidious snarls threaten to destroy any hope of salvation. She waits for this to end as it has so many times before. His form changes before her eyes, his breath caressing her neck. He wants to devour her.
The screeches begin to dissipate, then a silence, a deadening silence. Slowly but surely her heartbeat slows down. Her breath lightens. The abhorrent stench slowly begins to transform to the scent of roses. She lets out a deep sigh and raises her head gently to see angels, fairies, and the good spirits as a shield. These spirits are very familiar to her. The demonic form is gone; the voices leave her head, and she once again feels safe.
The angels are slight in form and color, the animal spirits embracing, the fairies effervescent, and some of Mariella’s guides from Native Americans to indigenous healers and shamans of the world’s cultures are abound. Whenever she is attacked like this, many come, and they always will. Glancing around her living room, she recognizes that she is unscathed.
She only has one thought about the demon, that it returned with a vengeance to take away the good she had created in her life. If she can figure out a way to rise above its nature, the curse will be broken.
