Healing is the honoring of the relationship between a soul and the Divine. It is the affirmation of that presence and glorified stillness within all creation. There are a few religions celebrating Holy Days this weekend. Every day, in every tradition, carries holiness as far as I’m concerned. When I witness a prayer in any tradition, it gives me a greater sense of how much we all need one another, how much we all need relationship, and how much we all need the Divine.

The intense energies of this year symbolize an unparalleled time of purification. For some reason I keep thinking of a young man I assisted almost 20 years ago with his relationship to the Divine. He was in his early 30’s, just had his first child, and was dying of cancer. The family called me to their home to hold space. He was unconscious when I arrived. The wife and mother had never met anyone who could communicate beyond the veil, but in their unrelenting despair, they needed to know he would be okay. I still recall the scent of those beyond in the room, the ‘visitors’ that were there to help him transition. I took this man’s hand and began to describe the other souls I was seeing near to him. His mother and wife were present, and they had no clue to whom I was referring to in any of my descriptions. Their faces grew weary as I was searching for a way to honor this man’s relationship to God, to his ancestors that were present, and to the meaning behind his healing. My work has always taught me that healing does not mean a cure for a disease, but as I stated above, it is the honoring of a soul’s relationship to the Divine. I held his hand tighter and telepathically asked him to speak with me. The night before he was still conscious, and he and his wife had had a conversation. I repeated some of that conversation to his wife, and tears rolled down her cheeks. I also shared some of his own thoughts with her that she hadn’t heard before. When he was finished, I let go of his hand and followed his family out of the room. I turned around and his eyes opened wide, he smiled and waved. A chill went down my spine and still does to this day as I recall the story. I knew in that moment it wasn’t him, that part of him that was already gone, but it was the glorified aspect of his soul, the ancestors passing through him. His eyes shined so brightly for a moment and I knew I was bearing witness to one of the holiest prayers the Divine could offer us.

How insignificant our egos are in this vast paradigm of love. How human ignorance still undermines the fact that no matter what body we are born into and all the cultural norms associated with it, we are all interconnected beyond the veil in ways we might never understand.

When I left, I shared with his wife that he had two more days left. I still see his eyes as I write this. When I attended the funeral, the wife came up to me and said that he had been conscious one more time before he crossed. They were able to have a conversation. He remarked to his wife, “Did you hear everything I told Laura to tell you?”

Time is shifting in this world. Resurrection is occurring at levels within our human psyche which is contributing to much of the internal and external chaos we are all experiencing. In pondering resurrection, I have been thinking of that client and thus wanted to share that story. Use these holy days to bear witness to your prayer, to your life, and to EVERY life you come into contact with. Make your relationship to the Divine as sacred as you will allow it. The only thing stopping you is yourself, your fear, your unworthiness and your lack of faith. We are loved and held more than we could ever imagine. It is time.

These past two weeks I have noticed an increase in viral infections among my clients. It is easy to attribute the flu which seems to have taken hold across the country. Yet for someone like myself who has been able to palpate the frequencies of various viruses over the years, I notice distinct differences with each person I work with. Every illness carries a frequency and a pattern, just like every thought, emotion and even world event. The viruses I am seeing are all being impacted by our internal mechanisms, but more so these days by environmental shifting, spiritual clearing and collective awakening. I lecture in my classes about the dynamic shift in the spirit world, where our ancestors are more present with us here, influencing our daily lives, our consciousness, and the illnesses we are working through. How we treat illness right now has to change because the ailment is not only about us as an individual, it is about the healing of those ancestors who need us as much as we need them to live our lives. I worked with a client recently who developed a neuro-endocrine condition. Between a suppressed immune system, loss of motor skills and cognitive decline, there was one common denominator I noticed within him and the ancestors I was seeing beyond the veil. I saw viral frequencies relating to poliomyelitis in his energy field and among his relations. I asked if he knew if any of his family members including those a few generations back had polio. He answered yes. I also saw in his spleen that he had a viral infection when he was a young boy, one that was accompanied by a very high fever for days and left him bedridden. The doctors never knew what it was, but I was still seeing remnants of it in his own body energetically.

The ancestors have spoken throughout the centuries. I can still hear their melodic voices in the ethers just as clearly as I can hear the whispers of the mountains, trees, waters, the sun, moon and the stars. The philosophies of the wise men and women aren’t changing. It is we who are changing. The philosophies born eons ago are as true today as they were then. Our interpretations are shifting, as well as our understanding of the world synchronistically on many levels. To the spirit world, we have been in this intense time of purification. For those of us trying to navigate in this world, the past year has been chaotic to say the least. What I have witnessed most is a great paradigm shift when it comes to relationship as a whole. Familial dynamics have bore the brunt of these changes as well as how we relate to ourselves. Expand that out into the world and many of us don’t seem to recognize ourselves anymore. I listen often; to family, friends, clients, the earth and myself. A state of confusion has permeated our thought field because what we are experiencing is such a rapid disintegration of an old existence and comprehension of life into a new one that we can hardly make sense of. Our spiritual, psychological and physical structures don’t carry the same weight as they used to in carrying us through to the next moment. It is creating as much fear as it is confusion. The confusion renders many people helpless and overwhelmed. When one does not recognize who they are in any given moment, they destabilize and don’t know how to integrate and incorporate any new internal or external structure. How can we? And what about the tools to do so? The ancient wisdom will serve its purpose irregardless of our cooperation. I don’t care which tradition it flows from. I do care what each of us does with that knowledge. As we enter into 2018, I still see the ebb and flow where confusion meets stillness. I want to ask all of us to be open to a continually evolving structure on many levels. Let go of what we think it might look like. Yes, it can be very scary to be in the midst of all these changes when it comes to interpersonal relationships. Yes, you possibly won’t recognize yourself for a long while, maybe bits and pieces here and there. Yes, you also may not recognize those closest to you. You may even lose sight of your purpose. What was once familiar may be completely unrecognizable. You might be really afraid to let go. And there will be many times when we are not even sure what to let go of or the direction we are to head in. I think the confusion can serve us if we take the time to let go of all preconceived notions of who we presently are, who we think we should be and who we want to become. I do believe that some part of our soul already knows the person we are capable of transforming into. The relationships we will enter into, or the new patterns we will enter into with existing relationships, are already waiting for us. This a new period of co-creation. I like to think of it as coming home. I get the fear. I am with you. We are all with you. We are all coming home to ourselves, to each other, and to a natural world that awaits the respect it deserves.

The greatest revenge against any adversary is to become of service to humanity.

We are in a great time of change. Every barrier within human consciousness and evolution is being challenged. Escalating emotions are creating rifts between peoples, communities, cultures and societies. Yet the ground we walk on remains the same. Our basic needs remain the same. The imprints you make on the earth will forever impact your ancestors before you and those to follow. If you think that the heavens did not see this coming; think again. If we look at this great shift as an opportunity to suffer, then it will be. If we look at this great shift as an opportunity to serve, then our suffering will be transformed, and we will each be given the opportunity to have our basic needs met.

Tracking the Origins of an Illness

Explore the origins of an illness. Whether it is physical, emotional, ancestral or spiritual in nature, for those of you who have taken a Medical Intuition class or have been interested in taking one, this class will offer a unique perspective. Laura will work with a few participants with illnesses with or without a traditional diagnosis in front of the class. She will utilize her skills and track the illness to the origins which avail themselves while expanding the healing field so that the participants will have a direct experience of the work unfolding. Laura’s intention is to make this a monthly class whereby all the participants can learn and heal from the group energy while partaking in a volunteer’s healing journey as it unfolds. We will delve deeper into vibrations and relational patterning as a way of diagnosing on various levels. Students will work with one another. We will utilize the qualities of presence and stillness, along with other tools to continue to tune into frequencies of thoughts, emotions, illnesses and ancestral patterns. Ms. Aversano might work with muscle groups, organs, emotions, nutrition, or illnesses themselves as the platform to present. The participation of the students will be key in what is focused on for healing work that day. There is a powerful threshold when one is standing within the crossroads of the light. We can become so assured that we are resting in the presence of the Divine or the Creator, yet the ego and our attachments want so much to be reassured that we are indeed in that
light that we forget we are still embodied in human form. Until we have crossed that threshold, we are still responsible for our relationship to self, to others, the world, and the heavens. Even in the spirit world, those who have traveled through various dimensions still seek solace and peace within their spirit bodies. Evolution does not stop when we cross into other worlds. In fact, it becomes even more important. Whether you stand within the Holy Trinity, honor the Four Directions, or are an integral part of any other spiritual tradition that has afforded every human being the right to find peace within their humanity, the integration of ancestral and world lineages rests solely on the free will we all have to live our lives in respect of those spiritual laws which unite us in all worlds.

I stand next to you, tired and weary, embracing a Bible, yet you still look to Me for hope.
I stand next to you, empty, opening myself to you, embracing a Torah, yet you remain hopeless.
I stand next to you, with the greatest of faith in your soul, embracing the Koran, yet you no longer look My way.

I stand next to you always even though you continue to seek Me out. You cannot see Me if you cannot see Me in others. If you cannot see Me in others, you cannot see Me in yourself. I am your God, I am your Goddess, I am the Divine. Continue to judge Me by the Scriptures I embrace and you have failed at one of my greatest teachings; to love thy neighbor as thyself. The Scriptures do not frighten you. The children embracing those Scriptures do not frighten you. You frighten yourself because of the realization that you are loved so intensely by Me and by those you call your enemies.

Put down your judgment. Embrace the Bible as much as the Torah. Respect the Koran as much as the Bhagavad Gita. Go beyond the form. Then and only then will you see Me embracing you. Then and only then will you feel the faith I have for you. Then and only then will you trust Me. And only then will you forgive Me, and in doing so, you will forgive yourself.

I wait patiently.

Relationship and the Laws of Attraction

New Age theorists have been supporting the laws of attraction as a spiritual premise for many years now. On a simplistic level, the law of attraction states that the energy you put out to the universe is what you draw back toward you, especially when it comes to relationship. Hmm. I can think of a lot of people on the spiritual path, pulling from philosophical teachers to some of our greatest spiritual teachers in all the traditions; they suffered greatly when it came to relationship. Yet their definition of suffering was different than our understanding today. The Bhagavad Gita states: “On this path, effort never goes to waste, and there is no failure. Even a little effort toward spiritual awareness will protect you from the greatest fear.” Steiner eloquently wrote, “One achieves progress only insofar as one can be more useful to others.. A person can gain nothing for him or herself through spiritual illumination. What one does gain is gained only as a servant of the world in general, and one gains it for oneself only by gaining it for others.” I think that speaks volumes on relationship as a whole.
One enters into relationship to understand the spiritual laws at work on all levels of creation, whether that relationship is with themselves, another, or the earth. We cease to become solitary individuals or souls the moment we agree to engage in a non-dualistic state of being and open ourselves to a deeper exploration. Once we enter into the energy of relationship via acceptance, we are giving ourselves permission to be part of the collective evolution of humanity, thus what we draw to us may have something to do with us more intimately, or it may have something to do with us on a larger level of creation, something which we have no conscious knowledge of. It always makes me curious when people continue to wonder why they continually ‘draw’ in a certain kind of person, or why certain things keep happening to them. If they follow the laws of attraction the immediate response is to refocus the trigger back toward themselves and look at their patterning. Don’t get me wrong, I believe there is a place for that. I also believe that that thinking can set up a continual spiral of power struggle, between the light and the darkness, especially when it comes to intimacy and the authentic self. If all relationship is about serving and balance, I wonder how our lives would look if we shifted our definition of suffering when it comes to being in relationship, and embrace both what the light and the darkness can teach us in every experience? Souls do not have to be conscious to evolve. We are ALL on a spiritual path and no one is above another. If you are in relationship and you are the one that is conscious of doing the work, then I would say Amen, and thank the other participant for being available to walk through this part of your journey with you. Another’s relationship with the Divine may be more powerful than you perceive, and you are only setting yourself back by continually thinking you have drawn in something again which doesn’t serve you.

To live in the spirit of Christ consciousness will offer you the greatest understanding of the spiritual life you desire. The Divine has created on love alone, so that you may create on love alone. The love of God is complete in all its sanctity in regards to the laws of the heavens. The suffering that we as human beings place on interpretation of those laws doesn’t serve us as much as we would like to think because therein lies the ego and the attachment to that suffering. If we love as the Divine does then we awaken to that glory which is ineffable. The light that emanates from that love is the supreme motivating force behind the creation of all things within the nature of God. Divine love adheres to the purpose of all that was, is and will be created. Both the light and the darkness were founded upon that love, both good and evil. If we continue to misinterpret or confuse the Divine’s understanding of love with our own perceptions and projections, we will continue to remain as is, falling short of a magnificent love that we have yet to encounter.

Many people have become increasingly fatigued, ill, depressed, and lost when it comes to finding their sense of self. In looking back at the last few months alone, the  escalating world violence, the natural disasters, arising pandemics, all of these have an energetic effect upon our minds and bodies. In the physical world, we have the environment and existing cultural traumas to contend with. In the spiritual world, we have those who have died and left this world much too early, and many of those souls have unresolved issues that have compelled them to stay earthbound in their confusion. Thus, with the chaos in our world and similarly in the world beyond the veil, most of us are feeling a fatigue which we are not accustomed to. Trying to find balance and stillness within ourselves and in the world that surrounds us can be challenging. Many of us are just learning to navigate this world we live in with some hope, but how do we work with a world that most of us cannot see? One that is having as much of an impact on us where many of us don’t even realize it!

The first step to understanding the fatigue is patience. This world has its ways to deal with physical, emotional and environmental traumas. Whether or not we agree with the methodology presented, there are still tools available. As for the world beyond the veil, the last few years there have been more spirits that have departed with unfinished work and have chosen to stay close to their loved ones. How can you help them and subsequently help yourself? Finish your unfinished business. A spirit who remains attached to a loved one will cause as much fatigue as anything in this world that takes energy from you. If a loved one is staying close, perhaps you might want to look at the reason that you are not able to let go, usually it will mirror the reasons that that spirit cannot let go. Are you angry? Lonely? Full of regret? Is Forgiveness in order?

All of these emotions internalized can indeed be draining. Imagine if you are carrying another’s emotions with you while you are still processing. That is exactly what happens. Finishing your unfinished business with whomever has crossed means being able to realistically look at your relationship with yourself and with this person that is no longer living in this world. Do the work that you would have done if this person were still alive and you wanted to heal the relationship. It will take some time, but as you learn to delineate the spiritual boundaries, this spirit will no longer need to hold onto you as you no longer need to hold onto them. They will slowly look for the light and for their evolution beyond the veil. When this happens, you will start to feel freer and lighter, and more capable of making healthier decisions in this world that serve you. Remember; as above, so below. Many spiritual traditions say prayers for the deceased and the reasons are similar. If they are stuck, we are stuck. Once they are free, we are free, and their prayers and our prayers together become more powerful to help both worlds that we live in.
